Could I book an extra night's hotel stay around the workshops?
The Novotel Birmingham, for the Get Ready Workshop, offers you a one-night stay with breakfast included, paid for by Innovate UK, for the first day of the workshop.
If you require further accommodation at your own expense, for subsequent nights, or the night(s) prior, you can contact the hotel bookings directly and quote you are with on an ‘Innovate UK GBIP’.
Subject to availability, the hotel will offer you their best nightly rate.
There is no guarantee that you receive a discounted group rate or be able to stay in the same room for consecutive nights.
Please note that prices for additional nights may increase as your stay approaches. Best rates for additional rooms are given 7 days before any stay.
